Accommodation

The property consists of two bedrooms, both with en-suites incorporating WC, sink and shower. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a well equiped kitchen and a living room and open plan dining area.

Arrival & departure

On arrival the door will be open and the keys will be hanging by the door in the porch. On departure please leave the keys in the same location.

Booking and deposit

Bookings are for Friday to Friday stays. A deposit is required on booking with the balance due six weeks before arrival.

Smoking policy and Pets

Honeysuckle Cottage is strictly a No Smoking property and unfortunately we do not cater for pets. Assistance dogs are welcome - please advise on booking.

Public Transport

The local bus service runs during holiday seasons and when running will stop on the Maypole road above Holy Vale. Look out for timetables which are available in town. Toots Taxi are available year round - details here.

Shopping

Most shops are located in Hugh Town plus a convenience store in Old Town and various honesty box stands dotted around the island. See Local Attractions for more info.

Golf Buggy

Consider hiring a golf buggy from Scilly Carts to help you explore the island. You can charge it up from Honeysuckle - outside plug available for this purpose.

Connectivity

High speed Wi-Fi available, free of charge. Mobile signals at Holy Vale can be patchy. Wi-Fi calling is advisable (or a short walk up the hill to get a signal!)

Outside

Private patio area with table and chairs.

Local Wildlife

Holy Vale is a beautiful location with lots of wildlife to be found and landscapes to explore - just a short walk from the front door.
